At AMADA Franchise Inc. , we believe exceptional franchise support leads to exceptional care. We're seeking a strategic, results-driven Franchise Business Consultant to serve as a trusted business advisor to our franchise owners throughout the Western United States.
This is a full-time remote position. Candidates must reside in the Pacific or Mountain Time Zone and be available to support franchise partners during standard business hours.
This is far more than a traditional consulting role. You'll partner directly with franchise owners to strengthen operations, increase profitability, improve caregiver recruitment and retention, accelerate sales growth, and deliver exceptional care experiences for seniors and their families.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Franchise Business Consultant, you'll manage a portfolio of approximately 25–35 franchise owners , serving as their primary strategic business advisor.
You'll help franchise partners improve every aspect of their business while ensuring alignment with AMADA's Three Pillars of Success: Caregiving, Sales, and Operations.
